Sanctions Compliance Statement

As a company, engaged in international commerce transactions, Atlant-M Group (“Atlant-M”) must comply with the sanctions laws and regulations of the United Nations and all other applicable sanctions laws and regulations in all jurisdictions in which Atlant-M and its business partners operate.

We constantly monitor changes in regulatory requirements and negotiate with partners on the necessary adjustments to the range of supplied goods.

To be compliant with all effective sanction’s regulations when delivering cars and spare parts from abroad (including those from EU countries) to Belarus, we have introduced risk management standards, with which Atlant-M entities comply.

In case new packages of restrictions emerge, which affect business spheres of Atlant-M, settled standards are being updated and brought to relevant business units as mandatory.

Control for updating and following to the new standards from business units is carried out by responsible compliance officers.
